DYNAVISION D2™ VISUOMOTOR TRAINING DEVICE STANDARD LIMITED WARRANTY

The equipment manufactured by Dynavision International LLC is sold under a One-year Manufacturer’s Warranty which warrants it to be free from defects in workmanship, materials and manufacturing for one year from date of shipment.  Dynavision International LLC expressly and specifically excludes from this Standard Limited Warranty and the Extended Warranty the “Netbook” computer that accompanies the Dynavision D2™.  The Netbook computer is covered under its own manufacturer’s warranty.  At our option, Dynavision International LLC agree to repair or replace, without charge, any parts showing such defects for a period of one year following the date of original shipment to the purchaser.  Additionally, this Standard One-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty entitles you to free Dynavision D2™ standard software upgrades, when made available.

PE will be reasonably available by telephone and email to promptly remedy any warranty problem(s) as quickly as possible through this offsite technical support. If we are unable to remedy such problem(s) with offsite telephone and email support and we will provide onsite service at the installed location of your D2™ should we deem it necessary to solve the warranty problem(s).

This warranty does not apply if the equipment has been subject to misuse, neglect, accidents, incorrect wiring (not our own), improper installation, or put to use in violation of instructions furnished by us; has been damaged by excess voltage or has been repaired or altered outside of our factory or if the equipment has had its serial number altered or removed.

Changes:  Dynavision International LLC reserves the right to modify or change the equipment in whole or in part, at any time prior to delivery in order to include refinements deemed appropriate by the Company but without incurring any liability to modify or change any equipment previously delivered, or to supply new equipment in accordance with earlier specifications.  This warranty will be honored only if the attached card is filled out and returned to the factory.  This warranty is valid only to original purchaser.

This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for use and of all obligations or liabilities on our part, and we neither assume, nor authorize any other person to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale or use of this equipment.  In no event shall we be liable for consequential or special damages.  We make no warranty whatsoever in respect to accessories or parts not supplied by us.

Dynavision™ 2000 WARRANTY

The Dynavision™ 2000 is guaranteed against all defects in workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment, unless otherwise stated. All electronic parts are guaranteed for a period of 90 days from date of purchase.

Dynavision International LLC will repair or replace, at our option, any equipment sold which proves to be defective during the warranty period. Merchandise must be returned prepaid for our inspection and must not have been abused or altered.

DAMAGED GOODS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Damaged goods must be reported to the CARRIER immediately.

Once they have been inspected and an insurance claim has been filed, then they may be returned to Dynavision International LLC for repair or replacement.

Unacceptable materials may be returned for credit only if Dynavision International LLC is consulted and have pre-approved the return.

Apparatus must be returned prepaid within 15 days after receipt of the article and in the original shipping carton.

Always include a cover letter explaining the reason for returning the material and give the name of the person authorizing the return.

Returned goods must always be insured for their full value.

SERVICE

If any product should fail, call Dynavision International LLC for advice re: service or possible return for factory service.

If return is necessary, the board should be packed securely, insured for full value, and returned along with a cover letter explaining the malfunction noted so that the technicians at Dynavision International LLC may quickly locate the cause of the malfunction and repair it as quickly and effectively as possible.

Warranty repairs will be returned to you freight prepaid; however, an invoice will follow for freight charges only.

All labour and parts will be covered under the conditions of the warranty.

Non-warranty repairs will be invoiced on the basis of the materials and labour required to execute the necessary repairs, plus freight charges.

 

EXTEND THE WARRANTY ON YOUR DYNAVISION D2™ VISUOMOTOR TRAINING DEVICE

This Extended Warranty includes all the benefits and is governed by the terms of the Standard One-year Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty plus the following:

1. The Extended Warranty will provide Standard Warranty coverage for five years from the original date of shipping of the D2™ device to the purchaser (an additional four years beyond the Standard Warranty).
   
   
2. Free Dynavision D2™ standard software upgrades, when made available.
   
   
3. The Extended Warranty may be transferred to a new owner at no cost, provided that we are notified of such new ownership prior to or promptly after the time of change in ownership.

The cost of the Extended Warranty is $695.00 if purchased at the time you purchase your D2™.  If the Extended Warranty is purchased within twelve months after you purchase the D2™, the cost is $795.00.
